I began Bikram yoga in January 2004 after a bike accident injury. At first I practiced 2-3 days a week. I completed my first 60 day challenge in the fall of 2004. After that I upped my practice to 4 days a week. In 2007 I completed another 60 day challenge – actually attending for 63 days. I went to TT fall 2007 in Hawaii. I teach at Bikram Yoga Langford in beautiful Victoria, Canada.
